Spicy ground beefiness and light-green beans

Ingredients

  • i pound green beans, ends trimmed, let dry
  • ⅕ pound ground beef
  • ii dried chili peppers, cut into minor pieces
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon minced ginger
  • For marinating the beefiness:
  • a bear on of common salt
  • a touch of sugar
  • a touch of oil
  • ane tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • For cooking and seasoning:
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • i tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinating the beefiness with common salt, sugar, oil, soy sauce and cooking wine for about x minutes.
  2. Rut ½ cup of oil in the pan over medium oestrus, carefully add in the greenish beans, deep fry for about eight minutes until their surfaces are crisp.
  3. Fish the dark-green beans out and ready aside, go out one-half of the oil in the pan and discard the other half.
  4. Turn to medium-high heat and stir in the stale chili peppers, garlic and ginger, sauté for about two minutes until fragrant and browned.
  5. Add together the basis beefiness into the pan and stir fry for some other 2 minutes until the beef has inverse color.
  6. Stir in the greenish beans and toss in the common salt, sugar and soy sauce, sitr fry for another 2-three minutes and serve.

Notes

Make sure the green beans are dry before putting them into the hot oil for deep frying.

Simply made this for dinner. I had a large pile of beans from the farmers marketplace to apply up. It was great! Very easy to make also. Cheers.

I fabricated this subbing in a Beyond Burger and red pepper flakes for the beef and stale peppers. I also used Shao Xing cooking vino. It was really good and super piece of cake to make. I will definitely make it again. Thanks for posting it!

Just 1/5 pound basis beef? That'southward similar iii.2 ounces, not much with a pound of dark-green beans. I'm going to try the recipe considering information technology sounds really good, and I do "blistered" Szechuan beans frequently.
